NAPA AUTOPRO - Poco

Had my Charger's water pump and timing belt fixed here. Went in based on location, decent price, and great reviews. Got my car back and so far so good (only got it back a few hours ago), but I do want say that the customer service was fantastic at Poco Automotive! Brandon was very friendly and attentive and made sure I knew what was going to be done and there was no surprises.... except one: my remote keyless entry was broken when I brought the car in and Brandon fixed it for me without me asking or charging me. What at a great surprise. I recommend these guys!

These guys are absolutely amazing. They have the best prices and incredible service! If you live anywhere close to port coquitlam or a neighbouring city these guys are without a doubt the best mechanics you will ever find.

1. Before the management changed and took over by Jason and Brandon, I had a problem with my 525iBMW and the owner Craig kept it for 5 days and returned saying he couldn't find the cause, couldn't fix it (though he had done remarkable job previously in some issues). When Jason and Brandon took over, I was not sure if they can do anything. I had my reservations and wouldn't trust them. But to my surprise, in few hours they fixed the problem which I was experiencing with my car for months. I was shocked. 2. Recently I was having water leak problem. Poco Automotive doesn't work with such problems, so I had to take it to other mechanics. But both Jason and Brandon remain there for me advising me helping me in any ways they can at every step. When I developed issues with the other technicians, Poco Automotive was there to help find solutions. I didn't have my car for more than 10 days, it was hard on me and those technicians didn't even provide me any courtesy car. Poco automobile immediately came to my rescue and provided me a courtesy car even though they weren't fixing anything at that time in my car to get paid. Every time they had been there to take care of me. This is I call service! this is I call caring like a family. They are indeed my family. Thank you Jason, Brandon, Jason and of course Carlaine. You're a bunch of awesome, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and fun loving people, I know. Live long and prosper! Humera

My car stopped in the middle of the road and I was sure it was catastrophic. I had it towed to Poco Automotive and Brandon did a battery test and tried to charge and determined that all I needed was a battery. Within an hour I was back on the road and I've had no issues since. Service was fast and honest.

Recently got a used German ride and wanted it checked out before handing it over to the wife.....the great reviews are all warranted. Great service and customer service. My new local go to for all things auto related.
