I had a wonderful experience purchasing new tires from Kevin at Tirecraft. Kevin was friendly, professional and communicated with me throughout the process. I requested to schedule installation on a stat holiday due to my work schedule. Kevin was flexible in accommodating my schedule despite being technically closed on that day. I also noted that they’re a local family business which is great as I love supporting local businesses. I highly recommend Tirecraft!

I had the most wonderful experience with TyreCraft and would recommend them to anyone! Kevin was in regular contact with me all throughout the process, providing me with great advice and multiple options for my budget. He is a truly excellent man, and an asset to this organisation. As a newcomer to Canada, I wasn't aware of a lot of the seasonal dangers on the roads and he was able to inform me about some of those and provide me the best choices for my vehicle. A true professional!  It was easy to get everything arranged and getting the rim+tyre package installed was even quicker than I expected! I could not be any happier with the work performed. 10/10.

The gentleman that works at the desk is the absolute nicest person ever! His customer service skills are amazing. He is so kind and he went above and beyond for me when I had my tires changed today. I will definitely visit this location again for any of my tire needs :

Shout out to Jason and Kevin. 5 star pricing, service and experience at Tirecraft Coquitlam. Highly recommend this place to everyone.  The staff was knowledgeable, polite and patient. I got myself a staggered set of Michelin Alpine snow tires at an unbeatable price. Price was Much lower than Canadian tire, Kal tire, Costco, BMW stores  The waiting room is comfortable with a nice coffee/tea machine and tiny play area for kids.  Good job team, keep it up :-

Awesome experience. They got me In for a last minute tire change. Their price was great, and while there, they had snacks and a tv and some cars for the kids. The kids weren’t even bored while we waited. Will definitely buy my next set from you guys!

Tire craft in Port Coquitlam Kingsway is the absolute best! Fast and professional service , fair prices and top notch customer experience.  Kevin is the man! Super friendly, super helpful and just an overall great guy! This Tire craft poco shop, staff and crew deserves a 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Tirecraft Port Coquitlam! Brought my truck in for new tires and alignment. Their customer service was excellent and pricing was very competitive. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Best tire shop in the Tri-City area!

Great service, Kevin was very helpful in answering any questions I had. They got my tires done really quickly and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend them and will be coming back when I need more tires in the future.

I visited Tirecraft for the changeover from my Summer to Winter tires and for seasonal storage.  From the friendly greeting and welcome from Kevan at the reception desk, his efficient booking in of my vehicle and the tire changeover itself ... professionalism and all completed in the time allocated ... just over 1 hour.  Trust the team absolutely !!!
