The most fun, inclusive spin I have ever done. Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level and the low light level makes it easy to stop comparing yourself to others. It's intense, but even if you are super out of shape, this place can help you get in shape and if you're already there, you will still have a super intense workout. The different instructors have different styles, so find the one(s) that jive best with what you like or need!!

There are tons of creature comforts here too. Clean towels waiting on the bikes, eucalyptus wet towels after and shower towels among other things.

Great workout with great music and motivating instructors make it an overall great experience. I've been going weekly for just about half a year and I am addicted.

My favourite place.  I drive all the way from Steveston to take Lucy's 9:30 class.  It's worth it!

Always friendly and welcoming.  Facilities are top notch.. Love the skoah product in the Showers!
