Ok selection but every couch or love seat is massive cushion design. Does not matter leather or fabric. Nothing in stock of any modern look ,design. Staff were great just furniture for 1980
Don’t waste your money here. Especially on extended warranty. Because it doesn’t cover anything. Appliances break down after three months and a wait time of three months to get repaired. Fingers cross that you don’t have to replace anything because they just don’t make thing like they use to. Their products are garbage as well as their customer service.
Met your sales rep Dan today. He was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating and ambitious. Went to two other Furnature stores after and found their sales reps were quite awkward unmotivated and the one I would say a bit abrasive. Whoever hired Dan, kudos!!!!
Good furniture store, surprising there wasnt to many people around to ask if I needed help, looked like they were all busy. Clean and well kept, but a bit pricey and dark. Overall good experience!
Not much variety, this location looks like they are having trouble getting up to date furnishings to their location.
We just purchased a tempurpedic mattress and base from Leon's today. I couldn't have been more impressed with our salesperson Laura! She was a Rockstar and really knows her customers needs very well. She was able to pinpoint our comfort levels and issues when trying them out and it helped us to feel very comfortable with making such an important and large purchase that we would usually hesitate to make. We went elsewhere to browse but the other sales teams fell flat.Our final decision on the purchase today ultimately came down to her service alone.Thank you so much for the wonderful shopping experience from beginning to end!
Ron is always a pleasure to deal with. He is so kind and makes sure that you get exactly what you are looking for. Jordan was also a huge help when we were dealing with our mattress warranty. We won’t go anywhere else in Lethbridge for furniture!
Bought a $5000 couch from Leon’s that broke before we even finished paying for it. Luckily we bought the extended warranty. Good idea…right? Wrong. It broke in October…it is now February and we’ve been told it will be another 16+ WEEKS to get our furniture fixed. Do not buy anything expensive from Leon’s.
I agree with fellow reviewers : Ron Watts gives an excellent service. My wife and I really appreciate the fact that he's not pushy and respects you, yet is available to answer your questions. The young ladies at the counter are also very courteous and efficient. Special kudos To Bobbie! We were also pleasantly surprised that the stove we ordered was delivered precisely within the time window we were given a few days before. We are very satisfied with our shopping experience at Leon's in Lethbridge.
Great atmosphere and helpful sales people that were not pushy
