Had a great experience in store purchasing the products but once they got delivered it was a whole different story, they had to come out 3 different times to exchange pieces that were broken. It took 3 months to get all of our pieces for our furniture even though it should have only taken a week. The Guest care department is the biggest joke. One agent made a promise to compensate me for all the trouble and when I called back they said they do not compenstate. Promise made promise kept is a value this company does not have. Will not be purchasing nothing from this company ever again.

After looking around we decided to check out Ashley Furniture, we had assumed it might be a bit more costly than others. Allan was incredibly helpful and friendly helping us find our new sofa. He showed us a variety of options in our price range and was not at all pushy. Gave us great information about price matching, the quality of the furniture and Ashley's extended warranty and custom delivery. We had a great shopping experience, found a great price on our sofa and can't wait for it to be delivered next week. Thanks Allan!

Terrible customer service. Staff had very little knowledge and could not answer my questions. I was transferred three times and the last gentleman I spoke to was very rude. Will not be doing business here ever again!

Be very careful when shopping at this store - they used a "bait and switch" tactic when I was shopping for a new bed frame. They displayed one price, and when we went to purchase, the price was doubled, they told us they had the wrong price displayed. When we went back a few days later, they still had the wrong price displayed. They also charged our credit card twice. We ended up getting a refund and buying nothing from this establishment.

We brought two beds, two nightstands, and sofa there one month ago. The quality and price are wonderful. The cunstomer service is also excellent. Ashley is a good choice to get everything for new home.
