I went there on a mission, knew what I wanted, but could not find a single person to help open the case for me to get the tablet. I asked 4 different people. They were training, or in a different section. It seriously took me half an hour to get someone to open the cabinet. It was the weirdest sales experience I've ever had.

Bradley on cellphone section is awesome. Went in kinda undecided abt whether to get a new plan or not. He not only explained everything clearly (cell phone plans can be so confusing these days) but also went above and beyound to make sure we got the best plan. Even my friend tagging along got enrolled into a new plan and we ended up leaving store with 2 new iPhones.

Everytime I have a problem with my tablet, the Geek sqad in Lethbridge is absolutely fantastic. They never make me feel dumb but just show me how to fix the problem. Love them.
