Annette was super kind and helpful with purchasing a new washer and dryer at Home Depot, I would deal with her again. Annette price matched for us and had great customer service! We would give Annette 5 stars!nnHowever, when the delivery came, the washer was dented in multiple places on the front surface. The delivery company told us to contact Home Depot for compensation. So we called and spoke to a lady named Sam. She was quite rude with her responses, not how you should talk to a customer who just spent a lot of money. When we asked for compensation she said “oh we don’t do that.” She rudely directed us to a whole other customer service number. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with.nWhen we called the 1-800 number, they would only offer us compensation only up to 10% OR replacement. We now have to wait a whole other week for a replacement washer, without any additional compensation. Would be careful when having appliances delivered by an out-sourced company who doesn’t deal with Home Depot directly. Home Depot needs better customer service organization, instead of having to call a bunch of different numbers and being spoken to rudely. This whole experience is not even 1 star worthy minus our experience with Annette.

Home Depot is hit and miss in Lethbridge. If you know what you are looking for, they usually have it for a decent price, BUT if you need help, good luck. Today, I was looking for a couple of items, two associates passed me to ask men if they needed help...ignoring me all together! I found someone to ask and mid sentence, she walked over to man telling him he looks confused could she be of assistance! Really??? When I go to Home Depot, I go to spend money, not browse like all three men said they were doing. Do better.

We have loved this location and been loyal customers for the last 8 years. This last year has been awful. Normally, there are tons of workers around friendly asking if we need help and when we ask them questions they are able to give solid information and advice. This last year, trying to find workers to help is practically impossible. I finally gave up one day trying to find a worker and I used my cell phone inside the store to call a manager to finally get some assistance. Other times when we do see a worker and we ask for assistance they give us this look of “Really, you are going to make me talk to you?” They are so disinterested in assisting us or more often than not they have no idea how to answer our questions or where to find things. Unfortunately, after a year of this frustration we have decided to take our business elsewhere. We would drive 30 minutes to go to Home Depot when our local hardware store was 3 minutes away because we loved the expertise and assistance we received which no longer exists at this location.

Me and my partner visited this place to purchase outdoor light fixtures and holiday decor, I found it little pricey. Overall place is clean and big enough to spend whole day here! Staff is helpful, but no one is actually get efforts to show you actual item just give you the idea about aisle numberfor new ppl like me it’s very difficult to find the actual items. They have great holiday decorations. I like how they put and arranged all items systematically on aisle.nOverall Okey experience!

Purchased a replacement smoke detector which in 2025 was $35 now $100 ?? Contacted Kidde customer service but got no reply. Went to return it due to price but they did price match with Princess auto who had it for$85. Kudos to CS at Home Depot who did this for us.
