Enjoyed shopping here. Team members were pleasant to interact with and the floor plan was logically laid out. Being a superstore, there is every department you could dream of and more. Highlights included grocery, the pharmacy, stationary, and toys. I would recommend this location.
Employee's were cheerful, but all the self checkouts were closed so their two cashiers were swamped. What's the point of having 15 self checkout stations if they are all closed? Especially with the 6-7 employees milling aimlessly about by the cash registers, my 15 minutes in a line up of three people was pretty ridiculous.
Not Enjoyable in the Slightest I'm autistic, already shopping is a difficult experience for myself. It definitely wasn't made any easier; when using the self-checkout to be pressured into signing up for what I didn't even know at the time was a credit card and said to the associate numerous times "possibly another day". I personally use self-checkout to avoid the stresses of social interaction. I feel it was obvious I was confused and heavily uncomfortable by the situation- and to continue to pressure me into signing up for a credit/MasterCard, after expressing disinterest is unprofessional and I feel slightly taken advantage of in this situation. To further frustrations, I was told an E-Giftcard wouldn't be accepted after swiping my physical gift card already. At that point I was too overwhelmed to continue- I don't know if I got that $25 back or not, and quite frankly do not care- I removed my items and left; definitely don't plan on returning to Walmart, except to cancel whatever I signed up for...
I tried on-line shopping for an item 3 weeks ago. Was the most frustrating experience I had to go through. Ordering was no problem but getting item was a real nightmare! Definitly won't use again.
Told the pharmacist I wasn't going to wait 30 minutes for a prescription when we were already done shopping. She got very snippy, saying there were people before me. I never said I wanted it dealt with first, I simply wanted the prescription back so I could take it elsewhere. Other than that the visit was very mediocre, most shelves being out of items but considering the time of year, that is normal.
I love the deals at Walmart, if they happen. Recently, the last few times I went grocery shopping, there has been no prices on the meats, furniture, and other sections. I find that the store is getting messier every time I visit. I don’t like how some items with prices on them aren’t what they actually are, such as a picture frame with the price of $15.97 on the box, but when you ring it through the till it’s $19.99 or something different. I brought it up to a cashier and they said they don’t know and said they will put it back and i was not too happy with that.
Amazing customer service, talk about going above and beyond. I asked simply if they had a product located elsewhere in the store, and she said they have some in the back and she said to give her a couple minutes and she’ll run over and grab me a few. I felt so bad because she was in the middle of stocking shelves, talk about going above and beyond you don’t see that much these days. Big thank you to Yan
Just an average Walmart. Not great. Not the worst. One thing that SUCKS is the makeup is NEVER stocked. Especially the E.L.F makeup. It’s always bare.
Always very good deals. They mark stuff down 25 percent at 3pm and 7pm every day. Then the next day at the same time another 25 percent if its not sold. When you look for deals you can get very good meal on sale. Nothing wrong with it. Just cook it and freeze it if you can't eat it right away. Now the fresh cooked chicken's i just bought for $2.67 at 9pm because there were reduced also! Yahoo, amazing deal! Clean nice store with many bathrooms. Good selections of Clothing, especially food and electronics. Some house and hardware but if your looking for car stuff. Not enough in my opinion. The meat guy is really nice an friendly.
Currently waiting in a big line due to them closing all their self checkouts an hour before closing. Need to have more cashiers or open the self checkouts.
