I have tried on several occasions to buy products from this store and there has always been some kind of issue. Either their computer system says they have stock but the staff can't find it, something goes on sale but there are only 3 available...in Ontario, and if you order something online you won't get any notifications as to the status or whereabouts of your order - on two separate orders I had to phone the store directly and even then, they couldn't tell me if they received it or not. The staff does not have any knowledge of the products they are selling so don't go there looking for advice, and if you have to return something be prepared to lose a half hour of your life waiting at the customer service desk. Still trying to figure out how they can stay in business.

Great store with lots to offer other than customer service... The Manager is the only person that knows what is actually going on.... The Assistant Manager and lower employees are probably the most stunned/ tired people the city of Lethbridge have to offer. The liberal pace and work ethic is so frustrating to deal with... I think Lowe's time in Lethbridge will be very short... figure it out.

Customer service is lacking is some departments like paint. Very good in flooring and backsplashes area.

Have good products but only good for shopping if you know what your looking for. Went today and was in tool section looking but also waiting for a staff member to come so I could ask questions had several staff walk by in a personal conversation and ignore me and my husband when we asked for assistance have us a look and continued their personal conversation.. left the store no purchase

Garbage customer service on several occasions. Why is it so difficult to ask them to exchange anything? I can't even imagine the guff they'd give me if I actually asked for my money back. When the store first opened, I purchased a toaster oven. Open the box at home and the cord is coming loose from the back of the toaster. I brought it in for an exchange but they wanted to charge me a restocking fee! I told the guy, "That doesn't make any sense. You can't restock or resell a damaged item so why would you charge me that?" Asked for his manager, who did grant me the exchange. Last month, bought a plant grow bulb, get home and install it, but it wouldn't light up. I placed it in other fixtures and still nothing. Went back to the store, not asking for my money back, but merely to exchange as it was a defective product. The woman who helped me gave me some story about how they didn't accept lightbulb returns. I asked her where it says that in their return policy. She said, "That's just the way it's always been. Just like how Best Buy doesn't accept DVDs as returns." So i told her, "Firstly, Best Buy's return exceptions are clearly printed on their return policy. Secondly, I don't want a refund, I want to exchange a defective product for a working product." We went back and forth on this for about 15-20 minutes before she finally just exchanged it. Gave them 2 stars because I decided to give them another chance and bought a closet organizer. It is well-made with no defects. I am just glad I didn't have to go back to exchange it.... But I doubt I will go back there unless I absolutely have to.
