They seem to change the rules depending on the rep helping the customer, plus they never transferred my SD card into my new phone so now it's gone. Use the other bell store if you can.

I want to start off by saying that i absolutely love the 10 years i have been with bell. My boyfriend and i did a hardware upgrade on July 4th, switching as hardcore iPhone users to a Samsung S7's. The sales associate Brian was amazing and knowledgeable. Since July 4th and today is the 10th, when I have my speaker on it does not work, the person on the other end of the phone cannot hear me clearly. It's not just one person it's all. It happens a few minutes into the call. To try and be assisted to solving this problem I naturally called bell Support. The agent I was speaking to also told me my sound was cutting in and out and noted it on my account. She then advised me that I had 15 days,( as did Brian at the bell store) to return my phone and recieve a brand new replacement, as it was defective upon arrival. This is why I love bell simple solutions. Or so I had always experienced with bell until July 7th. 3 days after i had made the hour drive as I live in Claresholm into lethbridge, I and my 18 month old son, went back to the Bell store as I was advised to do by my bell agent earlier that day. This is where everything went wrong. I went into the Bell store and was "helped" by Nathan Schmidt, who is a Store Manager at this location. I began to tell Nathan that I was told my Bell Agent to come in and have my phone replaced for a new one because my speaker was defective. He replied to me "Well that depends." If I can't recreate the problem in store there is nothing I can do because essentially there is nothing wrong with the phone, but we will test it, let's have a look. He had me unlock my phone and called my cell phone from his phone beside him. He then blew air into my phones speakers and told me it sound fine and hung up the phone. I immediately said oh no the speaker doesn't work. He then said here I'll call the back office from your phone and one of my associates can hear. The associate who picked up the line in the back office said to Nathan, yes it is fuzzy it's not clear. Then Nathan said to his co-worker, what are you talking about its perfectly clear you are used to iPhones! He then turned to me and said Like I said if I am unable to recreate the problem in store then your phone technically isn't defective. I responded by saying Then why would the Bell rep tell me to come in and have my phone replaced. He said because they don't know our in store policy's so there is nothing I can Do. I said absolutely not I am not leaving here without a new phone it doesn't work. I drove an hour to have this replaced and I need this for my Job I am a chef and I use my phone like a lifeline, for my business this has to be solved today. He said I am sorry and explained to me again about not being Abel to recreate the problem in store. I said back that is because the problem isn't happening in store it's happening when I use my phone Nathan. I then said if I phoned you from my truck outside and could recreate the problem would he then replace my phone, He said here I'll go outside with your phone and I'll call the back office and yells through the store Lisa answer the phone back there when I call! Nathan wasn't even out the door before he starts his little test, I can hear the girl in the back saying it's fine no I can hear you. Nathan, after under a minutes time comes back inside and Says there is nothing wrong with your phone I can't recreate the problem. His co-worker then said why don't you try a factory reset? Nathan replied why would I do that there is nothing wrong with the phone. At this point I was mentally exhausted my son was being fussy and I was out of options. I asked for his managers card and Nathan told me that he was the manager and his manager would tell me the same thing. We're the experts he said. I left and sat in my truck went back in and got his card. Since that day I have yet to have this issue resolved hence this long review. IF YOU GO TO THIS BELL STORE ASK FOR BRIAN T BECAUSE NATHAN CAN ONLY RECREATE PROBLEMS NOT SOLVE THEM.
