This store was reluctant to honour their own flyer price. Salesman gave us what was supposed to be their best price, higher than the advertised price. When questioned about it , he could suddenly do better. I should of walked out right there

Received a defective laptop as an xmas gift. Refused to refund. Was not mentioned at time of sale that Visions will not return laptops. Could not replace with same product. Had the audacity to suggest spending another 800 dollars for a product with the same specs. I had shopped at visions for over 15 years. Never again will I buy a product from this business. They do not stand by their customers.

VISIONS: Just there for the sale, do not back their brands or their CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I purchased a stereo receiver on November 24, 2107. It only lasted 3 weeks before the sound stopped working through one of the HDMI ports. I brought the unit back and they gave me a floor model as they didn’t have any more. I asked that if I had issues again I hope my warranty would cover it. I was assured the unit I had was a good product and they would take care of everything. Not even three months down the road I had the same problems. I brought it back to the store and dealt with Colby - the manager. He didn’t believe me when I explained what happened. I told him this is twice now. The only option he gave me was to send it back to the company at his cost for shipping ( wow got a deal on that) and wait 4-6 weeks. No money return, no exchange, pretty much was screwed. His smug and condescending attitude did not sell me on a great customer experience. I will never go back and I strongly urge everyone does not go there. First and last time.

Don't take care of Thier customers. Still waiting for a new remote for my alarm/starter. 15 months now

Ken was excellent to deal with! He helped me find a brand new, 55" TV for an amazing price, and gave me the best customer service I could ask for.
