We love this store! We found exactly what we were looking for and at a decent price, after first combing through all the chain stores, assuming Bowden’s would be too expensive for us. The staff was helpful and patient as we waffled over decisions.

Quality product and awesome service. You can buy cheap or you can buy Quality, you can't do both. Great furniture is an investment.

The two staff were attending to another client. Although I waited and walked in front of them for 5 minutes, they didn't even bother to look at me. That's bad customer service! Not gonna come back.

Bought a power reclining chair. We were told it was all leather. Got home and found out one of the vinyl components was damaged scuffed by manufacturer. I went to the store and they were very polite and told me to bring it back and they would have someone come in and fix it. I came back with the chair and they asked me to take it to a place across town. The store had a 2nd chair that was undamaged that they never offered to exchange. I picked up the chair after repair. It was an improvement, but less than perfect. Make sure you look close before you buy because the followup is less than stellar if you have a problem.

Randy was phenomenal and Bowden's Furniture was worth the drive for us. Every furniture store in Medicine Hat told us the products would be six months or more; however, we took the short drive to Lethbridge and Randy had the products to us within one and a half weeks - a week ahead of schedule. Great products and GREAT service. I would highly recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the young man that helped us purchase our furniture and Bowden's was so accommodating. We had our furniture purchases delivered free of charge in 4 days. The fellows that delivered the furniture were so willing to help us get the sectional placed after moving it twice to make it work for us. Thank you Bowden's. I also want to say your store is so inviting to go in and see how everything is displayed and not crowded. It was so easy to see how the furniture would fit into a home.

Fantastic Service and furniture quality. I was ordering and getting furniture delivery organized for my parents through phone calls and from another province. Brooks from Bowdens was a true professional, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, he took care of everything. Bowden's is next level service and products.

Bowden's had the best selection of recliners of several different furniture stores that we visited. Their Black Friday sale prices were good. Staff were friendly & knowledgeable and unlike some other stores, they followed pandemic health protocols.
