I had an appointment on April 12th, for tire/oil change, was in and out within an hour even though I was told it could take 1.5 hrs.  The 2 people who I dealt with that day, the gentleman who received my car and Valerie, the young lady at the service counter were excellent!  They were polite and attentive.  I have dealt with this dealership for the past 20 years and I can honestly say that my experience with LaSalle Ford last week was one of the best!

Really ? Really ? You want a detailed account of my dealings with LaSalle Ford ?
All I can say is, now I'm starting to understand why more and more co workers (Approx. 5000 employees) are going foreign..... With their cars.
Makes one wonder, hmmm. What do they know that I don't. Well I can tell you, I'm a fast study. Don't need to know what they know. I just need to know what I've learned and that's enough.

Call to make appointment and get greeted like a friend. Ask for something other than service on truck and they deliver... can't ask for more

Sitting in their waiting area as I write this. Tire and oil change which they called me to schedule. Folks we are talking 4 tires already on rim in their storage and an oil change. Waiting time 2 hours!!!!! When I asked why, they said they have alot of appointments... When I told them that if they take the appointment it would be important to deliver on it. It is not my fault they are over booking. They reply..."when you go to Dr and have a 8:00 apt you expect to wait don't you?" REALLY?!?! 

I bought my car 1 year ago new. I have been to this place 3 times in total since, each for tire and oil changes. Each time it took more than 2 hours.

Avoid at all cost unless you like sitting in a room. Regret buying this car here. Find a better dealer.

One of the worst dealerships in Montreal! Specially when it comes to the used cars department! Had a really bad experience buying a car from there! The car went on check engine right on the door when leaving! Bought also tires but when came to take them after 2 months they didn't want to deliver! I decided not to take the tires and get a refund! They refund me without tax! Had to argue to get the taxes I paid back! If you have a choice I would suggest to find a car somewhere else
