Hyundai Official FIFA Partners one of the fast growing car brand in the market and number 1 the in South Korea, Kona & Tucson both SUV cars with FWD option are recommended especially in Canadian car market good design with more features comparing other brands. The showroom I visited looks cool in the interior design and clean I didn’t found the ioniq hybrid car there!
Many years ago, before retiring, I was responsible for purchasing the fleet of cars for the sales reps. I was in touch with many dealerships and their management. In all these years, I never encountered a better service than what I receive at Hyundai Gabriel. Like a TV show used to say "they know your name". The service is fast, honest and respectful. Have been going to this dealer since 2009 with my first Santa Fe. Keep it up, guys!!
Their customer service is excellent! As soon as you walk in and meet Mr. Giovanni and Mr. Ricardo at the service reception, you feel the difference. Very polite, professional, friendly, respectful and they accommodate you the way you deserve it. For the finance part, all you need is to meet Mr. Fadi and he will take care of the rest. He is very professional and respectful. I highly recommend them. They are the best in town.
Staff were friendly and accomodating. Elias Hanna, the sales agent offered me hot chocolate while waiting for the oil change of my car. The waiting time is fast. The service was excellent, they checked my car and they even washed the outside of it. I'm thankful and appreciate it so much for that because I don't have time to bring it for body wash.
Renovations of showroom are impressive and very comfortable. Sales staff are very efficient and competent, no question is avoided. Financial data of a purchase is complete, accurate and fast. Highly recommended - and the cars are pretty good as well!
The service they offer is Amazing. Always communicate with you, listen to your needs and prices are not that expensive. This is my trusted place for everything related to my car.
Great staff at this dealership, from sales , financing to delivery, I was taken care of and given the time and information I needed as a ,first time, new car buyer. Sam, Fadi, Elie and York were amazing throughout the process. Highly recommend this dealership for a stress free and easy purchasing of one the biggest purchase I've made.
I really appreciate the relationship of trust I have with Mr. Ricardo Ledo who has handled the routine service needs of my 2012 Elantra. I also appreciate the courteous service provided by Mr. Willy, who drives me to a convenient destination when I must leave the car for service. Mr. Willy always have interesting stories and points of view. A definite plus.
Had a great experience purchasing my first car with Nabil, he is one of the only car salespeople I met with that I felt I could trust and he was extremely courteous and great at communication.
I never recommended to anybody to this place.because I went hyundayi gebrial for replacing my car spark plug and for replacing radiator coolent.... They did that. Then...Last week i have a problem with miss fireing my car. I went to my nearst garage. The garage technicians said that one of the spark plug was not properly righten also coolent level is low.. I said to him my car last service was with hyundayi gebrial..We need to pay.but i hope Don't have any responsible persons to check the work.. Also don't have any follow up after services..
