Spinelli Honda

From the moment that I walked in to driving away in the new car today, it's been an amazing experience dealing with this team! Special thanks to Pedro Simons who was so kind and patient with every interaction I had with him. I never once felt pressured which is a welcome change from other places! Marie-France and Harrison were also both wonderful to deal with. I had heard good things about the Spinelli group before and I'm very happy to now be a customer! Can't recommend them enough!

Sleazy, dishonest and extremely rude sales people. I clicked on an ad on their website for a Honda Civic Hatchback Sports promotion. I was promptly contacted for an appointment and the person who made the appointment confirmed that the promotion was still on. However, when I got to the dealership it was not the case and I was given the runaround. I was told that the promotion no longer existed, they apparently forgot to take it off their website and that it was supposed to be taken off in the morning. I was obviously upset and complained that they were wasting my time. The director of sales did not offer an apology and instead said: "do you want me to give you $20 to take a taxi home?". I will never set foot in there again!

Preface : On the garage side, great work and service. If you own a Honda it’s a good place to take it in for work, however unless you’re paying cash for a new vehicle do NOT shop for a car here. Dealt with Todd Milo in sales and Angelique Guillemette in the finance department. Absolute bold faced liars, after I was upset at the first lie, Todd suggested the best way for me to get my issue solved was to total the accord and commit insurance fraud. Went in multiple times to try and figure out options but once your signature is on that contract they do not give a damn about you, they also pay you to rate them 5 stars when Honda calls for a survey so don’t trust that rating either.

Although I did not finished my transaction, I found the seller representative (Kenny Sousa) very friendly and knowledgeable. He tried his best to offer a good product and service, but I had to refuse after I revised my needs. I think it is a good place to buy a car.

A week ago, I and my husband just bought a used Honda CRV 2015 with low mileage at Spinelli Honda and we are enjoying it so far. They have very nice and very warm staff. Thanks to one of their sales representative named Mr. Cosmin Birau whose very helpful and even gave us free winter tires and one time free oil change. It was a great visit. This place is highly recommended.
