Michael Fitzback gave us excellent service, an ideal salesman. He answered all our questions thoroughly, he paid attention to details, he made instructive comments when we took two test drives, he understood when we said we wanted a straightforward car, not a "computer [actually, many, many computers] on wheels,"  whilst nonetheless regretting that we simply couldn't order a car of that type, but would have to accept all the jazzing up.  We called it an excess of bells + whistles we didn't want + he gave a charming smile for an answer.  Thanks for everything, Michael: we wish you continuing success in your career.

My wife said they are the best dealer in Montreal. Ok let go see them. Our experience was not good. Aggressive and pushy sales tactics by a kid no older than 25 who told me what I needed. I dont think so.

Thank you for your response. Excellent customer service is treating your potential customers with courtesy, respect and active listening. I experienced none of that.  The product is great no issue. But your sales people need to change.

Was looking for a 2018 Highlander XLE and went to multiple Toyota dealers around Montreal, Spinelli Lachine is a clear winner! Our salesman, Peter Papas, dealt with all my questions with great professionalism and very honest in admitting when he had to check the information (very seldom in his case) vs other salesman that lied to me on questions for which I knew the answer. He worked with us throughout the entire process and was very good listener vs just pushing sales on you like other dealers. I would definitely recommend his services if you are looking for a Toyota. The delivery experience also went very well and the new location should prove quite enjoyable for our prepaid maintenance.
