Must avoid this place!!!! my car broke down 1 week after , they stop answering the phone, i have also discovered they included "delivery fees" 1000.00 $ but i went pick up my car by the time i realized it was too late. all good reviews u see are created by them ( all new users) MUST AVOID the Iranian owner he is a THEFT BIG scammer. watch out

Wow Quel belle experience. Sedrick aux ventes vous donne toute l'information et meme plus. Par exemple vous voulez le carproof, non seulement il vous donne le lien mais aussi le document. Apres l'inspection par mon mecanicien, les travaux sont faits sans argumentation. Lors de cette inspection (qui etait en dehors de Montreal) Mark m'a accompagné. Tres gentil et respectueux. (on ne voit pas ca souvent de nos jours). Je dit a Monaco Motors, me perdez pas ces deux representants. Sedrick et Mark.

MUST AVOID!!! BE AWARE! BE CAUTIOUS! This dealership is full of scams! I went in to view a car that was at the lot, drove all the way from Ottawa. The salesperson showed me a carproof that was clean and accident free, when I asked to keep a copy they refused and insisted that it does not leave there property. Being the causious shopper that I am I ordered a carproof online for the vehicle, and to my surprise I seen the the vehicle had over 12k in damages incliincl structural/frame damage. I knew that I was getting scammed on the purchase, and went back to the dealership to retrieve my deposit and cancel the sale, they refused and never gave me back the deposit. I strongly encourage buyers to watch out from this dealership and there games!

I just got my car last night and all I can say is that I have NEVER received a service as excellent as the one Sedrick at Monaco motors gave me. He made me a very happy customer. Thank you so much, Sedrick, you ROCK!!!
