Service Department

1 - First time I brought my car here the service was OK. They were not willing to give me a car while mine was getting repaired and I had to wait for the shuttle service. Like most dealerships they try to up-sell you and put a big margin on the parts and labour but fairly reasonable if you negotiate. Overall the experience was satisfactory. 

2 - I tried to arrange another appointment with the service department - they gave me an appointment quickly (same day to get it checked out) - however they cancelled an hour before the appointment. This was an annoying inconvenience since I rearranged my afternoon schedule to attend the appointment. 

Overall not too bad - expensive labour rates and fees - just make sure you ask them to show you the repairs beforehand + ask for the old parts back + make and model of the new parts to be installed. 

Also no cars available to use while yours is in for repairs.

I dealt with Andrew when I was looking to lease a car. He was the best! I shopped around forever and no other dealership had anyone as honest and helpful as him. And now that I have the car, dealing with Nelson for tune-ups and tire changes is perfect. He’s helpful and always has my car done exactly when he says it’ll be done. If you’re looking for a great dealership to do business with...go here!

Jennifer from service is very arrogant!!! I've been a BMW Canbec customer for many years now and bought a mazda for my wife. Can't compare the service.

Amazing place! My boyfriend just purchased a brand new Mazda3 from them and Arnaud was very helpful! We tried 3 different dealers, and this was by far the most welcoming service we received!
