Professional service,I would do business with them again.I drove from Ottawa to Montreal to see a PT CRUISER advertised on Car Guru at GP auto.The pictures showing a nearly new condition car were fake as the one on the lot had torn out seats,broken taillights and rust coming out everywhere!!I left immediately.Luckily I saw another one at Elegance auto advertised and called them.They gave me directions to get there.The car was like the sales manager described and was in a great condition except for the catalytic converter missing and a patch on the roof which he had mentioned to me.We made the deal and we are satisfied with the price and vehicle.I bought this for a good friend and she is very happy.The manager called her for a followup.I would recommend this dealership.

My experience with Elegance Leasing, however, was utterly different. Their staff, especially Mr. Vahid, were responsible, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. Mr. Vahid helped me through every step, from finding the right car to all the formalities. It was precious for me since I am new to the town, and it was my first time buying a car in QC. Their post-purchase support was also wonderful.
