I got mine MAZDA CX 5 . The whole process was really smooth and transparent Cendra finance Manager and Neilservice manager they really work hard . I got my back light replacement in a promised time . I would recommend them for future purchases and trade in .

My wife and I bought our first car with Sandra and she was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything to us, let us take our time, and eased all of our worries. I had a good experience with Sandra looking for the right vehicle. She was patient, attentive and worked with me in order to get the best deal. Although upon receiving the vehicle, I was told the engine light was on and that an appointment would be made the following week to replace the “already ordered part”. She wrote it in my contract to make sure we were on the same page. I didn’t get that repair until 2 weeks later, now the reason I am rating it 3 stars is because I was given and installed 2 faulty tires on my car in 3 weeks of having it. The tire completely fell apart and broke down on the highway. When the tire was replaced by the garage, I was told both the tire given to replace it were faulty and needed to be changed. Not only was the situation dangerous but very frustrating when dealing with a “new” vehicle.

We received great service from Sandra, the finance manager. Second time now dealing with her. She’s amazing!

AVOID this dealership at all cost!!! If you have no choice than to deal with them, DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND BE ON GUARD AT ALL TIME. INSIST ON REVIEWING AND RECEIVING EVERY DOCUMENT YOU SIGN on site. Never trust the words of the workers. If possible please RECORD every conversation. Believe me, you will need it. This is dealership is not just sketchy but full of underhanded activities. The worker that I dealt with that goes by the name Sandra was maliciously deceptive and FRAUDULENTLY obtain my signature as the information she provided verbally that I agreed to, is totally different from the information on the contract document. She obtained my signature fraudulently because she made sure that I do see the contract document pages that had the important information that are different from what she has verbally said to me. Mind you, I requested to see the breakdown prior to signing, she calmly said "oh don't worry, you will see it, I will be giving you every document." She presented only the signature pages that have been pre-marked for signing. Armed with the verbal information, which I never suspected is lie, I sign the documents. She gave me an envelope that is to contain a copy of every document I signed but believe you me, the loan contract was missing page 1 and 2 that will expose her lies. It is not strange that this dealership don't accept cash payments through bank transfer/bank draft etc and require for all vehicle purchases to be financed - opportunity to do their underhanded activities. BE AWARE!!!!

I love this place to buy the cars. It’s my 4th car from them. The guy Ayoub is very helpful and very knowledgeable, he always help to find and buy a car according to your need. The owner of the company Mr. Alex is very calm and helpful to fix any type of credit problems and make deal perfect for you.
