Just bought a vehicle from Langley Chrysler. What a great experience, I was treated really well by all the staff there. They had a great selection of vehicles, and the overall vibe of the entire place was awesome. I dealt with Stu Dancey, and he made the entire experience great for me. After chatting with him for a while, I felt like he could have been one of my friends I've knows for years. No pressure, no sales tactics, just genuinely cared for what I was looking for! We worked out a great deal, and I'm super happy with my Jeep Renegade I purchased! I lost my wallet that day so I wasn't feeling too well but Stu made my day much better, and even bought me McDonald's which was really nice of him. Big thumbs up to Langley Chrysler, and especially Stu! Thanks again!
Just got a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler at Langley Chrysler. Stu got me an incredible deal on that and the car is exactly what I was looking for. Can’t believe that Stu got it for me only within less than 24 hours and it fits my budget perfectly. They have an awesome sales team. The sale managers are pretty nice and friendly. Amazing and seamless experience! I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler so I went on Langley Chrysler’s website and used the texting option to talk to what I thought would be a robot but it was actually Derek, a person! Derek replied within seconds and we started chatting about what I was looking for. Later that afternoon I went to the dealership to meet with Derek and check out their inventory. When I arrived, Derek looked exactly like the guy in the profile picture that was on the website! For some reason I expected it to be a generic picture of some other person but it was actually of him. This may seem like a small thing but I liked the personal touch and attention they put into their business and customer experience. We looked around the lot and they had a huge collection of cars, every colour, and every option it seemed. It was great to see so many different kinds of jeep wranglers, it really helped me narrow it down quickly! We found what I wanted, it was a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. A day later I was to return to the dealer to talk further but before I did I went to check out the nearby dealers that may have had jeeps. I regretted it instantly! No surrounding lot comes close to the inventory that Langley Chrysler has, their facility is also better, bright, open, and positive vibes all around. I went straight back to Derek knowing these guys are hands down the best. When I got back, I met with Derek and Thomas, he’s one of the managers there. He came out and greeted me just saying hi kind of thing. We got to talking about all kinds of cars and jeeps. He actually had a lot of experience with the exact jeep I was buying so it was great hearing his first hand experience on it. From that point, Derek and Thomas took care of me the whole way through the process and it couldn’t have been better. If you are looking for a jeep or truck then definitely check these guys out either online or in person and ask for Derek, you’ll see what I mean. Just my honest review, I never leave reviews but I had to for these guys. Thanks again!! - Gerry

I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go into Langley Chrysler and see what they have to offer. My salesman was Norm and he is just great. If they have a vehicle that could work for you he will show it to you and if they don't he will tell you. His honesty and dedication to making a client happy is the reason why he has been in this industry for a long time. Overall the whole sales team does exactly what they are supposed to, they work as a team. The service and positive atmosphere they provide really is exceptional.

Chris Jones knew what he was doing when he recommended I speak with Regan, she is amazing!! From our first phone call to her handing me the keys, the whole experience was seamless. Chris even came out when I told him I was there to reassure me that every safety inspection had been performed on the Jeep I was considering and he even crawled up under the hood to give it another quick once over. I had a van, and wanted to trade it in for something that was more suited to my personality and family and Regan nailed it. This was not my first vehicle purchase but it was the first time I felt heard, appreciated and valued. You can feel it when you walk into the dealership, the smiles, the jokes the no pressure attention…they are doing it right!

Thanks to Inder, Christine and a few others, I'm glad to say that Langley Chrysler has provided the best sales service i've seen in a while. They won't scare you away and these people are very easy to talk to and deal with. I'm very happy with my Durango SRT. Would recommend this dealership.
