I had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler Ciampanetti (sp) and his knowledge and service made buying a new car enjoyable. I strongly recommend his services (and I have never said that about a car salesman in my life). He worked hard with his manager Robbie to meet my needs and the Finance manager Rob also found additional savings. Great experience all around. I will be back.

Had a great experience buying a used car here. We lost a car to a collision and had a very tight budget to work with. Diallo and the other staff were courteous and worked with us, despite us not being a big ticket customer.

Really appreciated the care and time they gave us!

Great experience dealing with Diallo in sales. Very friendly & knowledgable!  Going through the steps of purchasing a new vehicle can get frustrating, but because of the professionalism from Diallo and Rob  in finance,they made the experience very relaxing. Thank-you!

Long story short,  our sales man was amazing. However, we also dealt with the manager, whom was lazy, did not care that we were interested, gave us the cold shoulder, and showed anger/complained about the price we were getting for a 2004 vehicle. The plot thickens... after speaking to said manager, we spoke to the business manager, who then raised the price of our vehicle by $600. We said we agreed an "X" price, but he did not let up and continued to to try and charge us hundreds more than we agreed to. We finally came to an agreement, which was $200 less than the original agreement. So we signed the paper work "agreeing" to the price that was given. HOWEVER, after going to the bank the next day, getting a cashiers cheque for the price of the vehicle (after deposit). Driving all the way back to the dealership for the 3rd time. Stepped into the business financial managers office just to hear him say "Oh you can't have your vehicle for the price i gave you." Reason behind that was, he made a mistake on the price. HOWEVER, we signed a contract agreeing to that price, which meant absolutely nothing apparently. Because he made a mistake, but we got the consequences. I don't see how that could have been at all legal, since we had signed the proper paper work/contract... I can tell you right now, if it was a price we did not agree on and signed we would not have been able to change it, but since it was a price they didn't agree on they could just rip up the originally signed contract and re-write it to what best fits them. After all this they raised the price another $500... He continued to lie to us, and made us re-sign paper work we had signed the previous day. To say my experience was unsatisfying is an understatement. I have never felt so lied to and betrayed as i did with this dealership... as i said. The sales man we worked with, was amazing. Everyone else, was terrible. Unfortunately, the lowest you can rate is 1 star... If you have the chance, go somewhere else.
