It’s an awesome team at Murray Hyundai white rock. We were impressed with the whole experience; from the initial email communication, phone follow up, in person presentation, finalizing of pricing, follow up of delivery and finally driving the Tucson home. While Sam and Dave was readily available as needed, Shelly Dennison was definitely an asset to the dealership as well as Hyundai. My parents and I was very impressed with Shelly’s passion, people skill and knowledge to Hyundai vehicles. Despite language barrier between Shelly and my parents, Shelly still managed to make a very positive impression with her tone of voice and body language; and have provided us with a stress free car shopping experience that’s much appreciated.

You couldn't ask for a better car shopping experience. Mine started with the website. I was shopping for a used vehicle and Murray's had the carproofs on line and accessible allowing me to do my homework without pressure. I chose the text option to inquire on a vehicle and was surprised when I had a response at 10:30pm! From a real person too. The entire staff are welcoming, helpful and make you feel special. I definitely recommend them.

I bought a car from this dealership and was charged something they like to call a "financing placement fee". It is a complete scam and a cash grab. When I was buying the car the dealer and I made an agreement that I would be charged the agreed price of the car, the $499.00 documentation fee and 12% tax "all in". To my surprise when I got home I noticed another $490 added to the price of the car. It was not listed as a fee it was just added to the price. The next day I contacted the salesman and he said he'd have the finance person call me. I was at work so she left me a message. She stated that "it's a standard industry fee and it's because it cost the dealership money to find me financing". This statement was also repeated by the sale manager. FYI the banks pay the dealership to bring them clients. If this fee is ever brought up while buying a car get up and leave. It is my STRONG recommendation that you take your money elsewhere. If they try to charge you any fee besides the administration/documentation fee it's an unnecessary fee. You don't have to believe me just call some other dealerships like I did and ask. There are way too many places to buy a car and spend your money. I am hard working construction worker with three young children and $490 is alot of money to me and my family. In the end the dealerships sales manager took the $490.00 off the car and an additional $250. They also apologized for the experience I had.

I want to commend Shelley Dennison, Product Advisor, for going above and beyond the call of duty. My entire process at Murray has been great! Shelley kept me advised on a delivery date for my car, since it was not yet made (Ioniq Electric 2017). She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. If she didn't know the answer, she found someone who did and gave me all the information I was seeking. The car came within the estimated delivery time they gave me when I initially ordered the vehicle. It also came earlier than the specific delivery date that was given, which was a relief for me! The entire team at Murray was available to help me through this process of buying my first ever new car. I spoke with several different sales associates and the finance team. With such an amazing team staff atmosphere, it is obvious that professionalism, transparency, dedication, and customer care are the top priorities here. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, kind, and considerate. I would highly recommend Murray Hyundai to friends, family, and those who are new to buying their first vehicle. We, my husband and I, bought one-year-used vehicle in November 2017, and they promised us that they would order the second key from the factory since they only had one key - we only received one key. At least, they were kind on that day we purchased the car. We didn't hear anything from them for a month, and we were away in December. After coming back from our vacation, we called them asking for the 2nd key, and they had no idea what 's going on. A couple of days later, when we talked to the manager, he told us that he needs to ask Rental company to find a 2nd key. Yes, our vehicle was a rental car! The manager told us he's going to contact us shortly. It's February 13, 2018 - two month after we purchased that car, we still didn't get any phone call or update from them. What a service! From this terrible experience, a couple of weeks ago, one on my friend wanted to purchase a vehicle, and I had to let them go to another dealer shop. They bought their vehicle from another shop, and they are happy now. However, my husband and I are not happy about their poor customer service. After selling their car, they just ignore what they promised before.
