I would like to commend the outstanding service that I received by every member of the Goldkey VW team! Right from the person that I spoke to when I booked my appointment for service on my old car, to walking away with a new vehicle two days later. Every person I was passed to was a seamless transition. Sheri in Service was so knowledgeable, efficient and patient with me while I was deciding whether or not to fix my old car. I decided that it was not worth fixing my old car and went to pick it up but decided to take a quick walk around of the lot before heading home. Penner was quick to notice and came out to offer a hand. I had my eye on one car specifically and he gave the details on that one to think about. Again, he was extremely knowledgeable, he had the answer to every single question I had with no hesitation and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I shopped around and came back to VW to do a test drive and fell in love with another car which was a little more than I wanted to spend. Penner and the manager that day Rick managed to work out a pricing structure that worked for me so I could have this car. I came to pick up my car the next day and it was another seamless transition from finance to insurance to diving away with my new car. Josh in finance was very thorough and patient and again had every answer to ever question I had with no hesitation. Lastly Penner brought me to my new and and showed me how every single thing worked inside before I Ieft even though he had been working an extended day and was there from open to close. All in all, I am overwhelmingly impressed by my experience at Goldkey VW in Langley. It is clear that all the employees are VW lovers themselves and are proud to be selling and helping others with theirs. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a vehicle!
