La Vie en Rose

The service is good, the girls were great and I got an excellent price in a sale. But, it was 18:20 and the doors were still open. I asked them if it was ok, when all the rest of the mall was closed, and they told me it was normal to be around when the store was busy - but, of course it would be busy if you are the only one with the doors still open. I asked to someone who seemed to be the manager, if the girls were payed more for the extra time, if they get a commission for the sales or something, and she answered me something like "no, but we have fun when there is movement in the place". I don't think this is fair, to obligate someone who need the job, to stay longer without being payed for it, if you need the job you will not say no. And, I also saw the "manager" (I'm not sure if she was the manager, who was really nice with the clients, by the way) asking to see one of the salesgirl's bag, when she was leaving (!!!). I don't know what was it, if this is something normal in the business, I can change my review later, but for me this is not a good place to work, and I don't like to shop where the workers are not treat fairly. In the end I bought what I needed because I was already paying when everything happened, but I am not shopping there no longer.
