The service is good. The products are pricy too. But sometime they are worth. They give good advice girls are so helpful. Just one or two of them are rude.

If you ever come to get your makeup done, go to Adriana!! I forgot to mention in my appointment that I was bringing my mom and she immediately accommodated her station for her. She didn’t need to do that, but I really appreciated the fact that my mom could stay with me! She was so so sweet throughout the whole appointment and made me feel and look so pretty. Adriana did exactly what I wanted based on the inspiration photo I showed her photos of me vs the inspo below, and the makeup stayed the whole night even though our appointment was at 2pm! She even gave me a list of all the products she used so I can recreate it! She made my graduation extra special for me, thank you again Adriana

I had the best experience at Sephora thanks to Jade, the beauty advisor. She was incredibly patient and kind, even though we were a bit difficult. She took her time with us, offered amazing recommendations, and made the entire visit enjoyable. Her service really stood out, I can’t recommend her enough!

Worst service ever! I found several SK-II facial treatment cleansers on a shelf with the price tag of 42 dollars on the front. I took one to the counter and they scanned and said the real price is 100+ dollars. Then one of the employees said since they put a price tag of 42 dollars, they can sell it to me at 42, as that was their mistake. Then they talk to themselves for a minute and changed idea, they said the price tag of 42 dollars only contain the dollar figure, but it does say what product it is, despite the fact that the price tag is at the front of a whole bunch of the same product. So the price stays at 100+. It is ridiculous how they easily find an excuse for their mistake and how careless and arrogant they are about the service.

The service is terrible, the employees are extremely disrespectful, with no professionalism. It’s been less than four days since I was there, looking for someone to help me find a similar scent to my favorite perfume to try something new. An employee came, spoke to me for less than a minute, and then left without coming back. This will be my last time shopping at this store. I urge the managers to keep an eye on these useless employees . She should be respectful, take the time with each customer, listen to them, and serve them with a smile. We're paying, so we should feel comfortable and enjoy a place that gives us good vibes. But I love Sephora too much, so I have no choice just to go to the Angrignon shop. kisses
