I had a very pleasant experience shopping here. I was specifically looking for two items that I got with the help of Rim. I also could pay directly through her system rather than waiting in queue. The items were the exact ones I was looking for and the process of getting them was smooth.

I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes and I understand having a long and hard day at work but that does not warrant being treated like dirt as a paying customer. I went in for pick up and the employee Tanzzalia sorry for butchering the name was extremely hostile and rude. I was in and out within 5 minutes and somehow she still found time to be rude. Please do better love!

Had a horrible experience shopping here. My friend and I were racially profiled we are brown women by a medium height, blonde, blue-eyed caucasian woman today and accused of stealing while trying on products. No one had offered us any baskets, and our hands were busy, so my friend put a product in her pocket to try a tester.nThe woman shows up with a basket and a security guard behind her, accusing us of stealing and demanding that we leave the store, while we are simply trying to test the appropriate products to make a purchase. We calmly respond to her and tell her our situation, but she refuses to listen and demands to see our purses and pockets, degrading us in the middle of the store. She responds very rudely, almost screaming and attracting attention, only to leave us with a basket, no apology and the security guard following us for the entire duration, which made it very uncomfortable. We walked in wanting to buy products, but left with nothing because of our horrible shopping experience.nnPlease train your employees to respond to these situations with more respect and integrity, especially if you want your customers to come back and have a pleasant shopping experience, no matter who they may be or may look like.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to LIKA!. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to really listen to my needs. I left feeling very grateful for her thoughtful service. It’s rare to meet someone who combines such warmth and patience, thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

This happened a while ago, but I went there with my sister and she was asking an employee for help. They talked for a bit then the worker turned around asking if I was a sibling and I said yes. The employee looked at me up and down and asked why I wasn't like my sister they meant why I didn't had makeup, good hair and style... I simply replied I just did a 8 hours shift at a kitchen and I did not had time to look pretty to shop. I always think about that situation whenever I go to Sephora and I just feel like every employee are going to be there to judge. Do better please. That person completely ruined my Sephora in-store shopping forever.
