They have very good quality shoes and boots. I am so happy with my purchase. However, service is not standardized is from a store to another. The younger staff at this location need a motivation talk. By no means do I want to undermine the company, i have had very amazing service at another location, and via phone customer service.

Waiting 20 min for someone to help get my size. I asked one of the employee to help me she said wait and now that's another 10 min and I m still waiting.
