Very slow service, it took over 30 min, to renew my contract. And I knew exactly what I wanted before I went there. On the positive they have very good repair service. They fixed my phone that no one could.

worst customer service i've ever received. rude, aggressive and not even remotely helpful. made me start the process of switching away from bell, theyre that bad.

Opening an account with bell was the worst thing i did to myself. The most arrogant representatives and the worst service ever. Avoid this company! They are liars, they cause nothing but problems with no solutions.

Was about to purchase new device at full price and pay for a plan at full price, and yet their staff still manages to piss off potential paying customers. They offer no help, no advice, no solutions, only problems. Bell should reevaluate the service level offered by their employees as it is beyond inadequate when they are pushing you to go to their competitor next door where you are greeted with a smile.
