Great staff and shopping experience, they managed to handle return with no hard time given even if it happened to be one of the busiest day of the year.

Hello, I had purchased the Fossil Q Venture watch as a gift for my wife and after one day, the strap looks a few months old. It is terrible quality and I don’t beleive that leather should age that fast. After a day of usage, my wife thought that the watch lacked functions (no speaker, lack of apps and compatibility with iPhone), my wife decided to return or exchange the watch at the store. And it was refused due to the “state” of the strap. They accused us saying that it looked like it was washed in soap and water, which was NOT the case, since my wife was extra careful with it since it is a smartwatch. They claimed that it looked too used after two days. Ridiculous, if this happens after the normal wear of the watch. All in all, I am very disappointed in the fossil smartwatch quality and I am also very frustrated at the lack of help and support at the fossil store. I definitely will not be recommending fossil going forward.

Had a great experience buying a watch from Maggie at the Fossil store. She knew the products well, was very upbeat and friendly and helped make it a great experience.

The staffs are friendly and the store is nice. The displays item being put in really nice arrangements
