The Face Shop

I was looking to buy a cushion for my boyfriend and this wonderful woman, whose name I unfortunately don't remember the name of, helped me out. This woman was so kind and knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. She was down to earth and I really enjoyed my experience with her. She wears a hijab and looks middle aged. I have been to Face Shop stores in Ottawa and Montreal and I have never encountered such great service. Please give her a raise, she deserves it!!! P.S. he loved the gift and I will be back to buy more. 4 stars because upon entering, I was greeted by another girl who I didn't hear at first. I did, however, hear her yelling "HELLO" at me through my headphones.

Their products are the best I have ever used. They don't have the selection range of Sephora but their products are way better quality and price wise.

The girls working there are very nice and helpful, but the low quality of the management is extremely annoying and disrespectfully. I purchased a big amount products but I was treated like a begger!! I found some items were counted twice and some of them were not given the discount. When I lined up again and reached to the cashier, the woman who seemed like a supervisor asked me to move with her and hide in a corner to recount the items. I just hated her tough and harsh attitude. It's like you are good when you spend money here, but you are garbage when you have problems. This company should hire some higher quality people working in management, at least hire people who know how to treat customers. Never go back there. And the products are not cheap compare to other skin care stores!

I adore this shop, their selection, the theme, everything. Although I do wish the employees were a bit less aggressive with their offers of help, it can get really annoying when you're just trying to browse and you don't want an opinion forced onto you
