Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it seems like the quality has recently declined. We were the only people there on a Saturday night around 7:30pm, and we ordered at the counter. The food came out really quickly but it was all in disposable containers, I like the sit-down bowls I think they used to serve in? While the broth was steaming hot and super tasty, the meat was clearly old and not that pleasant to eat. The toppings on my soup were good, but my husband had nothing on top of his bowl just noodles and meat. Given how slow business was, I'd highly recommend investing the extra effort to go back to the sit down serving style + don't skimp on toppings for the customers who do come.
Stopped in at 9 pm with the family. Quick, polite service, clean establishment, relaxed atmosphere. The noodles were yummy! Definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian noodles on the menu. Uses peanut powder. Kid-friendliness: Relaxed atmosphere. Quickly produced girls when my kids struggled with using chopsticks.
Extremely recommended, Must try their house beef soup and fish sour cabbage soup.I heard from the owner that the beef rib is made with low-temperature technology. Fresh fish is paired with hot and sour soup. After drink soup in this season, I feel warm all over. The Chinese burger is a highlight, if you haven't tried it, you must come and taste it. This is the best noodle soup restaurant in Victoria
Always like to come to Noodlefans and get a beef soup and start my day... really enjoy the food here. They serve food really fast and detailed. When I ordered online, they always separate the noodle and the soup for best taste. Moreover, they rinse the noodle with cold water in order to keep the noodle not sticky. Anyways, I recommend this place with my experiences. Ohh, and the shrimp dumplings are soooo good!
They have very tasty rice noodle with beef rib I have ever had. Nice staff and welcoming store. It is a must go restaurant in Chinatown. Will definitely visit them again!
The food that was served to us was well below what I would consider edible. The food had been microwaved and I was serviced Italian spaghetti noodles in my noodle dish. After asking for a remake, it still came out of the microwave and ended up leaving it in eaten. I highly recommend not going here if you’d like a quality meal.
The rice noodle is so delicious and the ingrdients are fresh. The service is good. Highly recommended
If you like spicy food, I highly recommend beef with sour soup. You can replace beef slice to beef ribbeef rib so great. The New Year's activities also gave me customized chopsticks
Hands down the best place for a traditional beef Noodle bowl. The broth is so rich and flavorful you could put it in a thermos for a long cold day hiking, or skiing and it would give you energy you didn't know you had. All of the ingredients are wonderfully crafted with some serious expertise. Cannot recommend Noodle fans enough!
Wanted to check this place out due to all the positive reviews and was unfortunately disappointed. My partner got the spicy beef and sour cabbage soup, which was decent enough but I got the six piece wonton, which was unfortunately a whole lot of nothing. The broth was extremely bland instant is more flavourful by a mile and the only veggies were the tiniest little shreds of sui choy amongst a tonne of thick noodles, which for a wonton soup seemed odd but I guess the place is called Noodle Fans. The wontons at least were good. Also, despite it being a physical location with tables to sit at, we were served our food in disposable take out containers. Judging by past photos it doesn't seem to have always been this way? But we definitely won't be back.
