Wonderful campground!! Staff is amazing!!! Some sites are a little awkward, hard to level camper. Convenient location. Far enough from Traverse City to be less congested but close enough to be convenient.

This is our favorite campground when visiting the Traverse City area. A family friendly campground with something for everyone. The sites are large with plenty of space for camping. The staff is friendly and helpful. We try to camp here several times per season and have a great time....Everytime. Traverse City KOA is a well-run campground.

Have stayed in both the one room Kamping Cabins and regular electric hook-up campsites. Campsites are large and nicely wooded. The cabins and all facilities (bathrooms and showers) are very clean and well kept. Owners are very kind and accommodating. I have been coming here annually with my family and friends for over 20 years and have always been impressed and happy with our stay.

Love this beautiful place! Nicely wooded, just outside Traverse City with loads of fun things to do. They have a pool and many fun activities for kids (RC track, jump pillow, playground, organized events, crafts, game room).
