We stayed 5 days while visiting relatives. Inexpensive, helpful staff. No waste hookups. Otherwise fine place, close to Traverse City and Michigan's wonderful "up North" recreation.

Very pretty place with a creek running through it. Lots of trees creating a lot of shade and enhancing the beauty. We stayed in our travel trailer. There were places for tents also. Dennis the owner was very friendly with a good sense of humor. We had good power and water, but no sewer. The only reason I have it four stars was the lack of a dump and no shower. We solved both by driving about 15 minutes and paying $2 each to use the showers. Being careful, we made it 5 days before needing to dump and did that at our next campsite. This place is close - but not too close - to Traverse City and the many things to do in the area. We'd love to stay here again in the future. Note: Drunken loud people are not wanted or tolerated. We aren't either and liked it here, but you decide if this is for you.

Had a great time at this campground with our four kids. We tented next to the Yuba and loved the calming sounds. Make sure to request a fire pit when reserving if you desire one for not all tent sites have one.

Nice for adults looking for a quiet place to stay. Not really kid friendly as there is nothing to do and the park is very quiet. One other thing that wasn't so great is the bathrooms were Port a potties and they had no showers. It is a very beautiful and tranquil place though.

If I had to stay here I would make the 2 hour trip home!! Do not stay here. The owners are an older couple and are not nice at all!! The man told my friend to shut her mouth! Who would talk to another person like that and for being a business owner. He was also looking at little girls with binoculars so I don't know what was going on there but I would differently not stay here!!!
