OMG, we just came out of the store and I had to share this experience. There was a young employee who helped us—her name is Abby—and I am honestly speechless.nnShe provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Such a kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring person. If tipping were allowed, I would have gladly tipped her. She went above and beyond to help us.nnWe were looking for a specific deodorant brand that the store didn’t carry, and I wasn’t even sure whether that product was a safe option in the first place. Abby took the time to do some quick research for me, came back to find us in the store, and gave us helpful recommendations and alternatives based on what she found.nnHer professionalism, initiative, and willingness to help were truly impressive. Employees like Abby make a real difference and leave customers with a positive impression of the store.nnTo the store management: Abby is an outstanding employee and deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. She is exactly the kind of person every business hopes to have on their team. Highly recommended for recognition and promotion.

This Healthy Planet is such a staple! every time I come here I end up staying for hours because they have a lot of good selections! The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about their products. I always enjoy my experience everytime I visit and love bringing my friends to this location. One of my favourite sweet treats is their dairy free carrot cake

The staff are trained to be customer FIRST. They always ask if they can be provide assistance while they’re in the middle of a task. And their product knowledge in terms of locating products is very quick. This HP location is one of my fave for shopping experience. Great job HP team!

I had a disappointing experience with the in‑store dietician. I clearly explained that my LDL “bad” cholesterol is high, that I’m not gluten‑allergic, and that I needed the best bread option for bad cholesterol management. Despite this, I was recommended the Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted frozen loaf.nnAfter researching further, I realized this was not an appropriate choice for bad cholesterol management, and it’s also a frozen product — which Healthy Planet does not allow returns or exchanges on unless defective. This was especially frustrating because the Carbonaut breads, which are a far better option for bad cholesterol management, were fully in stock at the time, including their best non‑gluten‑free option, and there was plenty available.nnI’m sharing this so other customers receive guidance that actually aligns with their health needs and the store’s own return policies.
