My wife and I recently enjoyed a relaxing weekend stay and were made most welcome by owners Dave and Karen. This small B&B offers two very nice rooms with private baths, is extremely clean and well kept and very close to Rhinebeck and area attractions yet in a cozy country setting. Very satisfied.

Loved It !!!!” We stayed for 14 nights and loved every minute of it. It felt like a very gracious home that welcomed us each night. It was everything a B&B should be; clean, comfortable, and the hosts did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was a problem with helpful suggestions on how to get the best of our holiday. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and great service. We will definitely be back!!!

So much better than the first place in Rhinebeck I stayed called Stone Church Inn which was a smelly dirty place with bad attitude. This place made me forget how terrible I felt!

We stayed at Primrose Hill last year, it was a wonderful find. Everything was pristine and immaculate. The breakfast was great and the owners were friendly and gracious!

Really love my stay at Primrose. The Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very nicely decorated. Would stay again anytime.
