The staff here are amazing. I came in with my cousin to pick up her wedding shoes and the sales lady remembered me from a previous visit last month. She asked how my daughter was enjoying her first pair of Fluevogs. I was blown away that she remembered us ; she even remembered what size feet we have. Absolutely amazing level of customer service!!!!

A fantastic place to source some quality eclectic shoes. I've always had fantastic service from the staff here as well. Sometimes it takes a moment to speak with the staff as they are very much customer service driven and do not bounce among too many customers at once. I've bought a couple of pairs of shoes from Fluevog and am sure to do so again as the price for the quality is excellent.

Love the shoes and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The stores are fun to browse and you can tell the staff is passionate about the products. Not cheap but you should never skimp out on your footwear!

Bought my 1st pair in 1983. I love the sales and go twice a year. Wes at the Gastown location is my go-to guy for, knowledge, experience and great customer service.
