Jack Astor's Bar & Grill

Tiffany was a lovely host! Super friendly, attentive and quick. We were a big party of 12 and she was an amazing host to our group. Our water was always filled and whenever we were low or finished a beverage, she was quick to ask if we'd like a refill. Truly enjoyed the experience this evening. Will definitely come back to this location again.

Everything was great from the moment I entered the restaurant. The hostess greeted me with a great smile, and we had a great little chat about our Newfoundland roots while she seated me at my table. I was immediately greeted by the manager who introduced himself as he welcomed me to the restaurant. My waitress was great as well. We had a wonderful chat about how to cook potatoes. I had the chicken club with the mashed potatoes and everything tasted great. Atmosphere was great. Open air patio and the weather fantastic. Overall a wonderful experience.

Came here with a group of over 100 people and Mir, Edem, Jess, and Tiff were very professional, courteous and patient despite the large party and long night. Food and drinks were great and served promptly given the amount of people so kudos to the back of house as well. Was a great way to end off the weekend at a nearby convention!nnWe were in an indoor patio separated from the rest of the restaurant so it was a great atmosphere. Servers seemed to enjoy our vibe as well so it really was a fun time. Would highly recommend this location if you're looking to host a large event!

We had an amazing experience! Emir was an outstanding server—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us at just the right times, and made us feel truly welcome. His excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Emir! We look forward to coming back.

The Jack Astors staff were all amazing!! I had been in discussions with several managers thank you Noah and Jefferson about hosting a large group party for several months and they were very accommodating and informative with all my questions. They made the organizing process a very simple and stress-free process. Our servers were also amazingly swift and accommodating to our large and boisterous bunch. Shout out to Mir, Edem, Jess, and Tiff! Our night started and ended late but they all did awesome! Truly a night to remember. THANK YOU ALL!!!
