Montana's BBQ & Bar

We had a wonderful visit to Montanas. Enjoyed some delicious fried chicken and steak. Both were cooked to perfection. Our visit was made even better by our great server, Bessie. She was very attentive, kind and made sure we got everything we requested. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was cooked well and tasted delicious. Drinks were good. The restaurant was cozy and not too loud, perfect atmosphere to have a date night during a snowstorm. What really made the experience perfect was our waitress Janet, she’s so genuine, sweet and very attentive! Will definitely be coming back to this location for more date nights in the future.

The food was amazing, the drink was perfect I needed something strong and was advised by my waitress, the atmosphere was just right. Bessie my waitress was born for this.... thanks for making our evening at Montanas memorable and extra special. I will definitely return.

The young lady who greeted us at the door seemed to lack training in the customer service department. She tried seating us at a table where the benches were stripping ! I kindly told her that I’d like to sit somewhere other than on these benches, as I was wearing a light coloured pants. She then pointed us to a seat in the center of the room. Bare in mind, there were a lot of empty seats all around the room that was not in the center. I again, “kindly” said, I was not comfortable sitting in the center of the room. She then replied “Well we do not have any more seats at this time”. Another employee…I guess overheard the conversation and told her to seat us on the other side. In this area, the benches were not stripping . The young lady then appeared to be upset. It look like she was talking to her coworker about the situation while we were seated not too far away from them. We then had an unusual wait time as it was not our first time visiting this location for Taco Tuesdays. However, this kind waiter served us and was very polite and professional.nI’ve visited this location more than twice and tonight was the most unpleasant experience I’ve received. I don’t know if this young lady was new, but respectfully, train your employees properly! Especially when they are the face of the business!

Have seen the commercials for years, have been going to conferences at the Toronto Airport for years. Finally went to Montana’s. The server was great, the bartender great, the ribs were awful. They are suppose to fall off the bone . I banged mine with the fork, it was like hitting concrete. So disappointed. Had to use steak knife to cut off. The corn bread was cold. The fries and beans were decent atleeast.
