Arizona Grill Lounge

They've got great apps. It's so close to the airport so you get lots of traveller and different people through all the time. Good beer selection and the wait staff is awesome. People have been there a long time so it must be a great place to work. I like to watch any game on the larger screen next to the pool table. Good spot!

Good food. Disaster service, on Saturday's! They are seriously under-staffed. Waiters swarmed and manager just standing like a sitting duck doing nothing near the kitchen. Took us an hour to get our drinks. Then no cutlery and no glasses. Appetizers came out after the mains. Great place but definitely bad management.

I was just there with friends last week and I've never had such awful service in my life! Our waitress wasn't friendly whatsoever... there was no greeting, a grumpy face and attitude from the start. One person's drink came out, but not the other, the order was punched in wrong, she never came back to check in... nothing. We are all frustrated so when another waitress walked by, we asked her to speak to the manager. The "manager" Sonia came out and didn't offer us any help. She apologized and said she'd speak to this waitress who is apparently named Jenn. After this manager walks away, we now have Jenn constantly glaring at us from across the room and talking to the other waitresses like little schoolgirls in the corner. Now, we are simply uncomfortable. Who can eat dinner in an awkward setting like this? The new waitress, Carly or Carla came back to our table after having a little chat with others and began giving us her Arizona attitude too. Let's just say this was our last time at this place.

Very good food, really nice beer selection and decent setting. I had a bad luck on bored and slow waitress but usually is good. I have been here several times and definitely one of the few to go places in the area.

Went with a party of 25 people. Half the people noticed the condition of our private party room and left. While myself stayed with the other half. The food took over an hour and a half to serve. Mixed up our orders. One person noticed their food was more expensive on the bill than what shown on the menu. They were told that the price went up like it was no big deal. Asked for the listed price and wouldn't give it to them. The price of fountain drinks are over $3.00, no free refills. Which it was before. No one mentioned of the change. The pool tables are very worn down. They need a complete make over. The pockets have holes in them so the balls fall out on the floor. Don't bother with this place. Its falling apart.
