St. Louis Bar & Grill

Food was really good, i visited with 3 friends. We all loved the place n food. All u can eat offer was there on boneless wings. Ambience and music everything was nice only the staff was a little rude and delayed the food every time by 20 minutes on the unlimited wings. She tried to ignore us a few times when we asked her about the food delayed. Also she charged us 20% tip without even asking. Staff is really bad.

Great place and great service. Second time having AYCE Boneless chicken for $20 this month but at another location. St Louis bar and grill never disappoints!

So I have been to this location a few times, didn't have great experience. However I was craving wings, and they were close to home. I had a server named Raquel, she was great. She is a very attentive, and pleasant server. Because of her I definitely will be back

I have visited here many times but have unfortunately never reviewed this place until now. I had a few issues once or twice but Mercedes was quick to rectify any concerns and more than made it up to me with stellar service and by ensuring the staff were trained accurately. Ingrid was my server tonight and she was PHENOMENAL. She was so bubbly and sweet and my husband and I enjoyed her presence and conversation greatly. Ingrid went above and beyond while I was out celebrating my birthday here and I was absolutely delighted. I will continue coming here for date nights and bringing my siblings and friends along to catch up as we have for years. Could not recommend this restaurant to people enough! I hope I have the pleasure of having Ingrid as my server again and will be back shortly for the AYCE boneless chicken which includes the vegetarian option as well throughout January!

GOD BLESS THE SERVER RACHEL/RAQUEL forgive me!!! I visited this dump on Feb 11 and ordered wings….definitely not my go to spot for wings but it was half off. Wings were garbage as it was noticeably prefried and chilled. Anyways ordered a pound and asked for SMOKED BBQ HEAT which is the ONLY sauce I love there! I was informed that the company decided to discontinue that sauce and a few other fan favourites DUMBBBBBB MISTAKE …at that point I was ready to go! So I asked Rachel to give me a few minutes. She ended up coming back to me and letting me know that there’s actually a bit of SMOKED BBQ HEAT left and I can get it! I ordered it immediately! GOD BLESS HER HEART! This company is stupid for parting with fan favourites! The food is already mediocre and I only come for the fries, the garlic dill dip and Sweet BBQ Heat sauce on whatever. Rachel definitely went above and beyond! BUT this franchise will no longer get my money!nnBtw this would have to be the WORST location in the city….Raquel gives this place a little hope!
