St. Louis Bar & Grill

Had an issue with these gift cards i received last Christmas. Was unable to use them so they got expired. Contacted St. Louis from their website, Brittany Butts - General Manager emailed me within 5 mins and resolved the issue by mailing out new gift cards. Customer service at this location is awesome. The staff are really into making their customers happy. Thanks Brittany for all your help truly appreciate it.

Nice bar went in for take out. Couple of times very satisfying. Nice staff that I saw. Great food. Only thing is they are a bit pricey.

The past couple times I've been here the wings have been dry and burnt. I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings and they barely put any sauce on the wings... I've been to other locations where there was ample sauce but the wings at this location looked as if there was no sauce on them. The size of the restaurant is bigger than other locations and there is a patio and lots of tv screens. Service is a little slow and sometimes there will be a line up of people waiting to be seated even though there were tables cleared up. However still a faster wait than other locations.

Well my wife and i went there to check it out. It was in the same spot of our fav bar stripes. We had good dervice i had a good meal but my wife ordered the fish(i forget what kind) . Well her fish was still frozen in the middle .! And my wife never went back.

We had the all you can eat boneless wings. It was a little on the salty side, never again. It also took almost 45min - hr to get one order of wings. Which I thought was little excessive. Took almost 3 hrs for three rounds. The waiter was very nice and the service was great, if it want for her 1 Star for sure.
