Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Been coming here for years and always had a great experience. The food is delicious and hot, served rather quickly considering the large volume of customers they get. Tonight we were served by a lady named Debra. I've never seen her before and that in itself is a shame. Personable, friendly, concise in the order....very energetic and just a real pleasure to deal with!

This is our default delivery restaurant. The food is generally the same as any other Swiss Chalet, in terms of quality. But, every time we order, someone makes a mistake. It’s become a family joke, because we have to call the store every single time, to have something sent out because we had either received the wrong item or they’d forgotten the item altogether. Tonight was over the top, though. Tonight, they forgot to put rolls in the meals, they forgot the pie, and they sent the wrong soup. We called and they sent those parts of the meal. At the end of the meal, I was putting things in the fridge, and checking the containers we hadn’t opened. I opened a chalet sauce container, and then a coleslaw container. Then, I opened the third container and there was a coleslaw that had almost been completely eaten already! It was definitely NOT as the store and customer service staff and then the manager tried to convince us, possibly, just ‘a small portion.’ There were fork marks of mayo up one side of the container and there were literally two spoonfuls left. SO. DISGUSTING. After some discussion, and going to the manager, we did get a refund, which is the only reason for the one star, instead of zero, but we definitely weren’t interested in the store credit. Yuck.

Its a standard Swiss Chalet. Same menu as everywhere. Friendly and efficient staff, no complaints. Fast and fulling food.

This place is a joke. It wasn't busy yet we had to wait to be seated. The hostess did not even smile or greet us. Just grabbed menus and started walking. The server was nice but our order didn't come as requested. They had no alcohol and would not say why. The seats in the booth were worn and torn and there was no lettuce for the salad so we couldn't order it. I would never go back to this location!

This location is dated. The booth seats are cracked and decor is washed out. I have been here at least 3 times and every time I have to wait a few minutes until someone comes to seat me. The location feels short staffed as the workers always seem busy and stressed. The food is still great quality you would expect.
