Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Waited for over 10 mins to have our order taken when there was no line. There were people back there but they were just ignoring customers. Also they served hot tea to a lady in the pop cups. Food safety people! Don't give this place your money. I wish there was a zero star option.

Waited 45 minutes to get an Order after the drive through only gave 3 options. 3 orders that placed after me for serves and I had to keep asking about mine. Finally got the food asked for plates to share food for my children 4..my daughter celebrating her birthday and was told "we have no plates." 1/2 after leaving, realize we got no butter for the rolls and our ORDER came with 2 drinks (sprite and Apple juice) and we only got the Apple juice. . Really not impressed. I did stop by the desk to speak to a manager and no one came, I called the store and 2 times opted to speak to store but kept getting sent yo place an order.

Placed an order over the telephone totaling $22. CSR failed to apply a $15 account credit that was given to me concerning a previous order that was horrible. An hour and a half later, the delivery driver shows up, credit not applied. Driver cancelled the order. General Manager of the store refused to redeliver the order because the store was closed by a single minute even after she verified there is a account credit. Disgusting customer service. Swiss Chalet has lost a long-term customer for life.

My fave location. Staff are very warm and friendly. Have been coming here for years. The food is good, no complaints.

This place is horrible! I’m so disappointed. We ordered food for my mom’s birthday. It was for pick up, so when my husband got to this location he waited 20 minutes before he got the food. It takes 10 minutes to get home and when he got home to food was cold. I had asked for the sour cream and chives in the side for the baked potatoes, that they didn’t include. Our Ceasar salads had rotten leafs in them and they didn’t include the dressings. This is disgusting. The manager did try and credit but it was only to this location, but at that point I was so digested with this location that I didn’t want anything to do with them.
