GoodLife Fitness Centres

This club is by far the best in the city for all GoodLife's and pretty much all their competitors too! They recently changed the layout of the club due to a medical office underneath, which is clearly not their fault....who puts a medical office under a gym anyway!? It actually makes more space from what I remember. I love the new management! Their is a lot of equipment here that they don't have at other locations, (Incl massage chairs), which makes sense since it is the newest in the city! Certainly going to be a regular at this place and I recommend you do too :)

Decent gym. Very busy. Weekdays you have to go late else it's too busy to do a workout. I go to this gym cause people aren't total lazy degenerates and put their weights back.

The machines and water fountains seem to break fairly often, and the showers often don't have soap. Early mornings tend to have enough space to get a decent workout done and the crowd is really chill. I wouldn't recommend after work; barely any room to move and the typical "bros" come out to hog the squat rack. My favourite aspect of this location is the larger than normal changeroom lockers.

Large GoodLife gym. Has all the equipment you could need. Offers spin, yoga and all the other les mills programs... as far as Big corporate gyms goe, it's one of the best in the city. Good vibe great staff

This is the goodlife I go to the most. I normally do the body combat classes which are a lot of fun! Fridays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 11:30am are the best so far! I think the equipment in the rest of the gym is pretty standard but I haven't used it much.
