iLoveKickboxing

iLoveKickboxing is the best workout you will ever experience. The staff are incredible, super friendly and so supportive. You will get stronger and leaner at each class, as I have almost lost 20 lbs. The atmosphere is so positive and friendly. iLoveKickboxing is like a big family and it is so much fun. You will get addicted, I promise! I am so thankful and feel so blessed to be a member of the iLoveKickboxing family. It has been the best experience and real life changing. I can’t recommend it enough to A N Y O N E!!!

It’s been a long while since I’ve ventured into any fitness program, mainly because I get bored easily. I tried a class and signed up for a year’s membership right away! This is an intense, energetic and absolutely fun workout! Not intimidating because it attracts so many different types, and everyone is very supportive. Jean and her awesome team are extremely welcoming and friendly, and they help me with modified routines when I need it. In just 4 sessions I can already see and feel the difference! Plus I love that the gym is immaculately clean and well maintained.

_I fell in love with them right away because they are so encouraging and helpful. They give you good advices and inspire you a lot. The ambiance is so amazing that every class I had isn't boring..AT ALL!! And they help me reach my goals. And the events are so fun and cool. Im happy to be part of this team/family. Everybody supports everybody. You guys ROCK!!

Jean and her team are great. Supper approachable and friendly. They have great tips and techniques and are often correcting people's techniques. That's what you need when you're in a class. Amazing, motivational coaches and to see skills getting better. It's why I love this place:) thanks for being awesome team!

iLoveKickboxing is the best decision I have made for myself. The workouts are challenging, but not beyond your level, no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are in. The staff is AMAZING! They are always watching, ready to correct your form to prevent injury, providing encouragement and support with a smile. The sense of community that they have fostered has been wonderful. From day one I have felt like a part of the family. We support each other and hold each other accountable, but without the pressure that I have felt at other gyms. Men, women, young, old, a veteran gym junkie, or someone just starting their health journey...this is the home you've been looking for.
