Staff are very friendly and helpful. They know their store layout and stock well. Good stock and good prices. Staff have good knowledge on some items and can give pointers on what needs to be done. Free WiFi. Plenty of free parking. Garden center available in season. Cashiers are fast and friendly.

Absolutely disappointed!!!nWe spent over 300 on a toilet. It is not brand new, we got it in the open box, but still paid for the new toilet price. We went home install it found out the toilet has missing pieces and wrong pieces. My husband had to go back 4 times within 3hrs to change. And ended up the toilet still leaking on the bottom. Wondering if the staffs know the product they sale. We are all very mad, disappointed and upset of the experience. NEVER go back again. We definitely will return the GARBAGE.

This place has been on Hartzel road for as long as I can remember. At least 45 years. Best place to shop ever. Do it when I can. Grew up coming here with my parents, they still live in the area as do I. Walk in there is actually someone willing and knowledgeable to help you. Thanks for retaining old fashioned service in this era. If I could give 6 stars I would. Never change, you are Merritton.

I had an excellent experience at Home Hardware thanks to Carrie! She was super nice and very easy to work with. Carrie's assistance made the process smooth and hassle-free. She provided the quickest and most reasonable equipment rentals I've encountered. Highly recommend visiting this Home hardware! I will be back for more rentals!

First place I go when I need something. Order if necessary. Advice provided when looking for a solution or alternative. No lines, no 1/2 mile walks from one end of the store to the other looking for an assistant.
