Please learn how to talk to customers! The guy literally was yelling at me when I was just asking simple questions! I don’t understand how you’ll are in business! DO BETTER!!!
Poor customer service....seems to be an ongoing trend based on other posts. The positive....there are other plumbing supply stores in town.
Read a few reviews, but decided to find out for myself. Called and asked for trade/cash pricing on a 1" ball valve. Cost was 150% over competition. When mentioned, order desk couldn't have cared less and then hung up on me. Based on the few times management responds to reviews I suspect this is a corporate cultural matter in addition to a person who is simply rude.
We were looking for a ceramic cartridge for a tap and went to Noble - the gentleman could not have been LESS helpful - zero interest in assisting or even being courteous - I believe the direct quote was "you have about a 1 in a 1000 shot pal" in reference to determining the exact size. I'd say try elsewhere if you need plumbing supplies.
They were not helpful when a part we purchased from them ended up having a broken component. Went to a hardware store and they easily replaced the component for us.
Order was ready and correct when I arrived. Great bunch of guys to deal with.
Not very accommodating. Best to get a quote from Head office, print it out, then pick it up.
Awesome supplier you need it they got it huge inventory and knowledgeable staff to help you
Heaven forbid you ask a couple of the counter staff to get off their stools.
Great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
