GREAT SERVICE AT THE ST. CATHARINE’S DECORATING CENTRE So happy with our decorating consultant, Pia V., at The St. Catharine’s Decorating Centre. She provided an excellent consultation service at our home for selecting blinds. Afterwards, she was extremely patient as we worked through revisions and she followed up with us to make sure that were satisfied with the changes. Highly recommend!

Not only does this store have superb product, but they have top-notch, knowledgeable staff! Every time we swing by, Josie and Jevon have been incredibly patient, helpful and professional. They go above and beyond standard customer service. If there was an option to give a higher star rating, I would have clicked it because of their expertise. Well worth navigating Glendale’s awful traffic to hit up this location.

Staff are super helpful and friendly, just let them know what you want and they will find it for you. Not only paint, also wood stain and finishes, brushes sandpapers…etc

My husband and I were struggling with wallpaper, we went into the Welland store and met Josie who told us ahe usually works at the st Catharines store, the next day we went to the store in St Catharines and she not only picked out our wallpaper but saved us so much money, our kitchen looks amazing and we are so happy we met Josie!!!! Thank you!!! We highly recommend the decorating centres

After 2 attempts to buy paint at the 258 Merritt Street store, several days ago and again today, I have taken my business elsewhere. There is a sign on the door saying masks are required but this is clearly not enforced. The first time I did not get past the entrance because staff and employees were all unmasked. Today when I tried again and questioned the employee about the mask policy I was treated rudely and told “we’re exempt!” If the employees aren’t masked then the door sign means nothing and contrary to your written policy, here on your web page, you don’t care about the health of your customers. We are in the process of painting an 8 room house so we buy our paint as we need it and it will definitely not be at this store. I’ve had to rate you a star, undeserved, but at least one is required to post.

Great staff, great owners. I feel it’s necessary to leave this review as I have been discriminated in almost every store I have been in. I have a mask exemption and it’s now so hard for me to go out and shop. The staff here made me feel very comfortable. Thank you again
