Again they have gone above and beyond, Custon cuts, plastic tube for trim, gave pallet tarping and dunnage to hod it down during an incredibly wet day. Fast professional happy service all at better pricing than the box store up the hill. This level of service is becoming a rarity, THANK YOU!

Called for a quote on a deck kit I saw online and Tim Called me back promptly and left me a message, which I had missed, then followed up again at the end of the day. It's rare to find a company that will call you back once, let alone follow up when they don't get through. Thoroughly impressed by the customer service!

As owner builders we canvassed a number of door suppliers in and around Comox Valley and Campbell River. When we came upon Central Builders in Courtenay we hit the jackpot. The team in doors is knowledgeable and professional. They helped us towards achieving our vision and the interior/exterior door package is top notch in quality and pricing. They have gone above and beyond in customer service to boot. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommended!
Out of the last four visits to home hardware i have dealt with two extremely rude demanding staff on two different occasions.  I mainly shop at home depot which is cheaper with polite people.  Although I like supporting local.  But only if i am treated with respect as well as not getting ripped off.  Highly recommend not buying from homehardware, not just for the staff, 1 sheet of drywall is almost 10 bucks more? What else can I say.  PS it was the lady in the paint section and the old timer when your leaving the yard.
