Canadian Tire on Louth St. in St. Catharines is a great one-stop shop for all your home and auto needs. They have a wide variety of products, from tools and garden supplies to sporting equipment and clothing. Their patio furniture is great. Self checkout is not available hence the fifth star not earned. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they're happy to answer any questions you might have. Big kudos to Abby. They also offer Canadian Tire money, which is a great way to save on future purchases. It helps you to put any bill over $ 150 even with the purchase of multiple items on easy 24 payments at 0% interest. Overall, it's a convenient and reliable store with a positive atmosphere.
Friendly and helpful staff. They're hard to find throughout the store. Have to usually find them at the front or go to a hailing station. Self-check out available. Wide variety of gardening sports and small household appliances. Well-light store. Clean store. Clean washrooms. Self- Pick up area available. Cashiers are fairly quick. Shopping carts are always clean and available. Free WiFi. Bicycle rack available. Has a bus hub in the complex.
Not happy with service at service dept again. What’s with the staff do they hate the job or do they believe they are better than us. I’m so sorry we bought our tires there because of service dept. my husband is very immune compromised and had asked if he could drive car in and out so he’d be safe health wise. Then I asked if the mechanic could wear a mask, one employee said we don’t have a mask and the other annoyed one said she’d ask but came back said guys on lunch so doesn’t know. It’s a matter of life and death not a joke . Ffs! What wrong with your staff. This service is included with the purchase of our tires. So we don’t matter cause you aren’t bringing in cash. Customer service doesn’t matter. Well we’re done and hopefully can get this done elsewhere with caring people. Cheryl and Dan .
I had a bad tire while I was in Canada. Come to find out my tires were old and split on me. I went inside and talked to a young lady named Lisa. She's the manager and she told me that they had a special going on on general grabbers and they are absolutely awesome in the range so far. I don't know about the snow. They handle really well on my pickup and the price was really good. They gave me a 30% discount on my tires. Now I paid an American which made it even cheaper for me. The bill came to $1194. in in Canadian and it ended up being 752 American. A heck of a savings and I've got the 6-year warranty on them with the road hazards. So anything goes wrong with them. I get a new tire. Great people to work with
Took my vehicle in for a provincial safety. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked for a progress report and was told it would be another hour, to hour and a half. I asked what they had been doing for the past three hours and was told that they could just reschedule my appointment and I could come back later because they had been dealing with other jobs. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager told me they had been working on it the entire time. They cant even keep their stories straight! I told them I have been sitting there watching the car not be worked on the entire time, but they kept making excuses. After getting the safety report, it showed that they didnt start working on it until after I complained! Talk about caught in your lies! Stay away from this service department. If theyre going to lie about this, what else will they lie about
