Went here this morning looking for a new cartridge and valve - unfortunately, it was quite outdated. Despite Bardon Supplies not having anything to sell to me, Charlene went the extra mile and recommended a couple plumbers who she felt would be willing to come and look after a small job. As of early afternoon, the repair was done and I know have an experienced, trusted plumber when needed. Thank you Charlene and Bardon Supplies!

Unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend. Found a blower motor on their website, called for a price. Was told they will not even give a price because my furnace brand isn't a brand that they sell. Don't see how this is related, but the CSR would not budge. Not impressed.

Excellent service from the staff there. Char is friendly and patient and had good knowledge of what parts are required.

2022- I dont even care anymore , if my order is correct and I am back on the road in under 15 minutes then thats good enough for me. Can't ask for much else
